Q: How can I receive a PDF copy of the certificate to keep for my records?

A: Due to increases in WEB security and advanced spam regulations, we are no longer allowed to provide an auto-generated PDF email attachment. You can request a PDF, which must be verified and then a PDF will be generated and emailed to you within 7 days. However, if you wish to receive an immediate copy, there are various programs that allow you to generate your own PDF file. The most common of these and easiest to use is CutePDF. It will create a new printer in your list of printers. You can then select this as the print device when you print and it will then ask you where to save your PDF file. This function can be used to generate a PDF of anything that you can normally send to your printer. You can download it from the following link:
