Q: Does my system meet the minimum requirements to view this webcast presentation?
A: You require the following to view a webcast presentation:

PC Users: (minimum requirements)

OS: Windows 7/8/10/11

Q: How can I receive a PDF copy of the certificate to keep for my records?
A: We have setup the ability to generate and save a PDF copy. However, if for some reason this fails to function, there are various programs that allow you to generate your own PDF file. The most common of these and the easiest to use is CutePDF or Foxit Reader. Either will create a new printer in your list of printers. You can then select this as the print device when you print and it will then ask you where to save your PDF file. This function can be used to generate a PDF of anything that you can normally send to your printer. You can download one or the other from the following links:
